Make Those Banners!!!
Basically you have to make a banner that says something about Scatches, and perhaps a little slogan.
You will be judged by Council on:
Design
Originality
and Creativity
I only have Paint...
that does not matter, weather you have MS Paint, Photoshop, a Digital Camera, Scanner, just be creative!
How do I submit my banner?
Simple, upload the image on imageshack.us, or photobucket.com and then put it on your pets page with this code:
<img src="URL HERE">
In the URL HERE paste the "Direct Link" of your image!
Neomail the URL to chocotaste
